Baby Safety Starts with CPR
Every day is Baby Safety Day in a parent’s handbook.
But many parents don’t know that it only takes 30 seconds for your child to drown. In as little as an inch of water. In fact, drowning is the second leading cause of death for children between 1 and 4. And the fifth leading cause for children under 1 year of age.
Besides fencing off your pool, and staying with them during bath time, CPR is a must. Parents would expect day care providers to know CPR, so why shouldn’t parents?
If you have an hour, you can learn CPR for both adults and infants.
Recently, several infants have been saved with CPR. Isn’t that all you need to know?
Be a hero. Learn CPR!
