How do I add a new member to the group?

Click on "Add User", fill in the information and click “Submit”.  The user will now be added to your group.

How do I purchase additional courses?

Navigate to the top of the web page and click on the 'Home' link. Once on the home page, you can purchase more training courses.

If I purchase more courses, do I still get the group rate?

Yes.  Once you are a Group Administrator, you can now purchase any amount of training courses for your group and you will always get the discounted rate. Note: In order to get the discounted rate, you must purchase them from the "click here to purchase additional courses" link in your Group login area.

How does a member know that they have been assigned a course?

While filling in the new member information, if you included their email address, they will be sent an email notifying them of their course assignment. The email will include their name, type of course assigned, their username and password and where to go to login to their training course.

What if the member forgets their Username or Password?

You can view all member usernames and passwords in your Group login area.

What if a member does not have an email address?

You can leave the email field blank.

How can I monitor a member’s progress?

In your Group login area, you can see each member’s progress. Beside each member's name, it will show their 'status'. "New" means they have not logged in yet. "in-progress" means they have partially completed their training. Once they have passed their course they will be listed on the 'Completed Courses' page.

What happens after a member completes their training course?

Once a member has completed ALL sections of their training course they will be able to immediately print their certification card. Within 1 business day of their completion, we will also mail their wallet certification card to the Group Administrator.

What if a member never completed their training course and now they are no longer employed by our organization?

As long as the course assigned to them has a “new” status, it can be unassigned and reassigned to another member.

Do unused training courses ever expire?

Group courses never expire and are good until a Group member uses it.

How long does a member have to complete their course?

Group courses do not have a start time limit, they are valid until used.

How many times can the member take the test before passing?

As many times as needed to pass the course.
