They\u2019re providing a one-minute video at <a title=\"Hands-Only CPR\" href=\"http:\/\/www.heart.org\/HEARTORG\/CPRAndECC\/HandsOnlyCPR\/Hands-Only-CPR_UCM_440559_SubHomePage.jsp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"broken_link\">heat.org\/cpr<\/a> that will hopefully inspire us all to feel capable of helping a cardiac victim.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, the challenge continues by asking that, once learned, you teach 5 people the same knowledge. Statistically, about 70% of the United States population doesn\u2019t feel confident offering CPR help. And the worst part is that 88 % of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.simplecpr.com\/online-cpr-blog\/sudden-cardiac-arrest-and-cpr\/\">cardiac arrests<\/a> happen at home.<\/p>\n<p>The great thing about this challenge is that in one minute, 60 seconds, you will be ready to provide life-saving emergency help.
